The COVID-19 outbreak is arguably one of the greatest public health challenges of our time – not least for general practices, so here at TELDOC we have put certain measures in place to ensure we can support you as best as we can during this time. See below for some changes we've made:

- Majority of our appointments are now telephone consultations, please do not show up at the practices without appointments
- All letters (sicknotes, forms etc) will be posted to you
- For the interim SARS/ medical requests will be posted to you
- We are screening patients via phone and at our practice doors as we need to ensure you and our staff are protected
- Medication - all prescriptions will be sent via EPS. Please ensure you have nominated a pharmacy
