The COVID-19 outbreak is arguably one of the greatest public health challenges of our time – not least for general practices, so here at TELDOC we have put certain measures in place to ensure we can support you as best as we can during this time. See below for some changes we've made:
Our sincere apologies but due to Covid-19 and staffing issues, our online appointment booking services are currently not available.
COVID - 19 information in different languages:
- Majority of our appointments are now telephone consultations, please do not show up at the practices without appointments
- All letters (sicknotes, forms etc) will be posted to you
- For the interim SARS/ medical requests will be posted to you
- We are screening patients via phone and at our practice doors as we need to ensure you and our staff are protected
- Medication - all prescriptions will be sent via EPS. Please ensure you have nominated a pharmacy

Extended Hours and Access
Extended Access appointments have changed (from 16 September 2019)
Extended access appointments are available to any patient registered with a Surgery in the Telford area. All Surgeries are working together to provide appointments up until 8 o’clock every evening and 8 to 8 weekends and bank holidays. As a Teldoc patient, these appointments can be booked by calling the Teldoc Call Centre 03300 536 456 between the hours of 8.00am – 8.00pm any day of the week.
