Change To the Way You Need to Order Prescription Requests.

From 26th July 2021, we are changing the way you need to order prescription requests.

To reduce the risk of infection control, Teldoc sites will no longer be accepting paper prescription requests from 26 July 2021.

Please send your prescription requests by using one of the following methods:

  • By using the Patient Access or NHS app
  • By emailing Prescription Ordering Direct (POD) -  tw.pod@nhs.net (8am - 5pm)
  • By calling Prescription Ordering Direct (POD) - 01952 580 350 (8am  - 5pm)
