Patient Participation Group
Do you want your voice heard?
Teldoc Patient Participation Group need you!
Would you like the opportunity to have a voice and be involved with the way your GP Practice and Health Service is run?
What is the role of the Patient Participation Group?
Patient participation refers to patients such as you who are taking an active interest in your local GP Practice and Healthcare.
It gives you, the patients at Teldoc, a say in how our services are planned, developed and evaluated, by developing a good working relationship with the Practice GP's and staff.
If you are happy for someone to contact you regarding PPG, please sign up below or leave your details at Reception at one of our sites.
