Teldoc is officially a 'Parkrun practice' and are pleased to be working alongside Telford parkrun, to improve the health and wellbeing of our patients.

Did you know 1/3 of men and ½ of women don’t get the recommended 150minutes of exercise per week?
Did you know physical inactivity is a leading factor in the development of many chronic health conditions, such as heart disease, stroke, Type 2 diabetes and cancer?

Did you know that increasing your physical activity level can also improve your mood, promote better sleep and boost your self-esteem!

Did you know Telford parkrun is a great way to increase your physical activity levels, in a safe, free and enjoyable way? It’s a 5km (3mile) route around Telford Town Park which takes place every Saturday morning at 9am.

Whether you can only manage to walk half the route, or can run the course in record time, parkrun is open to everyone!
